9/11 Memorial
by Just another New Yorker
My wife and I visited the 911 Memorial a very beautiful autumn morning. It was my wife first
time near the World Trade Center site since 911.
It was a very emotional walk around the park. The memorial is very peaceful and respectful to those who are remembered with their names engraved in the metal panels around the fountains. It’s a place that all will have their own feelings about. The odd feeling that I had was seeing airplanes in the sky passing by.
To all that will be visiting the 911 Memorial, please remember it not a tourist site, it a place to pay your respects to those who are not longer with us.
